Days 12-14

Another icy morning… What happened to spring? Past the first nobos “orangeblaze” and “wagonhammer?” They started in January! Couple more nobos flying into Reids gap. Stopped to chat with some nobos at the top of Priest. With Temps in the low 30’s and chance of snow in the forecast one of them, “Gypsy” starts calling me “Summer” as I’m standing there in shorts and long sleeve button down. Maybe I have a trail name. Grabbed some snacks in Montebello. Hiker hunger is kicking in something fierce.
